I know that Mikael says this song sounded bad but I don't agree. Maybe he doesn't realise how much his voice saved the show...

I totally agree. I did not know the song beforehand, but it was just magical and nothing but the best thing they could to to overcome the gap in the show. This just showed how professional but still "cool" they are - instead of ranting around, losing their heads or something, they just kept playing stuff - brilliant!

you know when i think about it, i kind of feel like i'll remember that performance much more in a good way for what happened. I travelled to europe from australia earlier than planned just so i could go to this because they were on the bill, and it almost seemed more personal the way mikael and the guys dealt with this than if they had played a straight set. I remember his humour when they toured Oz, and his sincerity in Germany. I don't know if they could ever do wrong lol

i just read Mikael's blog post about that show, pretty hysterical stuff! I know what it feels like when a show falls apart under you..
