160 volunteers scrub the streets of Philadelphia's Chinatown. This half-day community service project was co-sponsored by NAAAP Philadelphia, Organization of Chinese Americans (OCA), ICON, Chinese Christian Church & Center (CCC&C), Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC), Philadelphia Suns, Callowhill Neighborhood Association (CNA), Century 21 Target Realty, and Accenture.
