  • Hey Chase, thank you for those videos they are really helpfull!

I was wondering if you can talk about how to increase the vertical jump for a GIRL ?

  • @TheMeryama03 Sorry for the delayed response! The vertical jump handbook is not structured for males or females! As a female, I would focus on really making sure you get your hip stabilization exercises in (like leg circles and single leg squats) in order to limit injury potential on the knees.

  • No wonder I haven't heard from you guys, I'm just finding this page. Great job as ususal! :-)

  • @Rclinnov Hope you enjoy!

  • Hello chasecurtiss

Hey you're videos are awesome, i always had i dream to jump very high :)... to get better vertical leap, its awesome to dunk.. is it true if i put something heavy on my ankles and practice jumping or plyometrics exercises i will get better vertical jump?

  • @FuNkY33333 Not necessarily. Using ankle weights for specific exercises can be beneficial, but it will change your movement mechanics if you use them for long periods or in complex movements. I do not recommend playing in them, because of the injury risk, but they can be used for certain exercises.
