You need to learn good form. At best this is inefficient, but youre prolly risking injury with yor knees that forward and landing flat footed. Speed a key element in plyos. But at least youve got a start!
Honestly i dont have a lot of time, i work full time, school full time, and i work with a rugby team - just got home and the GF wants some love... but your best bet off the top of my head is to google CROSSFIT and look for the vids on thier site. Listen to the lecture/correction vids too - LOADS of good stuff there ;) Goodluck!
