  • I saw your later series first that had a more serious tone, I enjoy both styles.

This series plants the impression that you simply go around the university stealing people's stuff and taking it apart ;) :P

  • @DrWes1180 Indeed you are correct about the change in style ... while I liked both, the views for the more "serious" ones - we call 'em earnest - outstrip greatly those of the first series.

  • @engineerguyvideo I really enjoy both of them and started watching your videos when vsuace first linked to you, as I am sure is the same with a few people, I was wanting to ask when you think we might be seeing some more videos?

  • @DrWes1180 Soon! We shot three last week that we are finishing, shooting two more this week .... The next series (#4) will contain eight videos and will have a companion book for those who want to learn more .... more on that at my website {my web site}/book ... YouTube doesn't allow the posting of links, but fill in the brackets and you'll find it!

  • As a Canon photocopier technician I almost cried watching you destroy that beautiful machine.

Good rundown on the copy process though.

  • @djbassaus I was on its way to the recycle: It was to be crushed to a 1 ft x 1ft x 1f t cube. Then it would be sent from Urbana to town about 50 miles away (Springfield) I think where the aluminum drum would be removed in this way: They would slide the cube up, and then induce an eddy current to the aluminum becomes magnetic and extract it! Amazing!

  • Im SO glad youve returned to the more fun style of the original videos that got me turned on to your series in the first place. Great combination: interesting learning combined with some humor to wash it down - the perfect combination when teaching. Fabulous!
