Initial two stage robot snake prototype produced in 2006.

Snake is part of Emergent Objects a portfolio of projects which examine design through the lens of performance, led by Prof. Mick Wallis (University of Leeds) and funded by AHRC/EPSRC with a Designing for the 21st century award. The collaborative team includes: Philip Breedon, Jamie Billing and Tracy Cordingley (of Nottingham Trent University), Sophia Lycouris (of Edinburgh College of Art) and Merlin Robotics.
