do the armor you name level up or get stronger as you level up?

@DissidiaStories when you rename an artifact it powers up, and every time you trade and someone else renames it it powers up. The higher tier abilities usually appear after 45+ trades/namings.

@DissidiaStories once you've traded it and it gets renamed, the other player has to equip it and when it gets traded back to you and you rename it, it then powers up... This process is a lot easier if you have two PSPs or a friend to battle with...

@DissidiaStories You or your friend, but once it is traded the one who receives it must equip it/rename it, so it can be traded again... Repeat the process until you have the abilities you want. FYI if you rename an artifact and don't like the ability you get hit the PSP's "Home Button" and you can try renaming it again... Hope that helps.
