It is ITA Ho-Am TaeKwonDo. The form underwent changes several years ago as the ITA "adjusted" its curriculum including the elimination of a few moves. I believe that this Won-Hyo is missing a few knife hand techniques that the other postings include. I am only piecing this together from what I have heard other high ranking students talk about in class. I do not know this to be the absolute history.

dude the pattern starts with a twin forearm block to a inward knife hand and den a fixed stance punch.
