Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Boeing 747-367 (AP-BFV) takeoff from Lahore International Airport Runway 18L on August 15, 2001. The Boeing 747 was operating flight PK-757 from Lahore to London under the command of Capt. Pervez Iqbal Chaudhry.

Is it normaly to allow the plane to fly with its number 4 engine fuel flow U/S? BTW Pervez Iqbal Chaudhry was involved in the Controlled Flight Into Terrain in 2010. RIP!

My dad was once a pia flight attendant from 1995-2006. He has only flown in fokker 50, 737-300 and 747-200/300 for pia now all of these old planes perished. He said he has met this experienced captain! May Allah bless him. Was one of the best.
