051 - Basic Space Cleansing Techniques

Basic Space Cleansing Techniques to clear out old stuck energy with new

1. Prepare your body and mind - comfortable clothing, figure out which method you are going to use, shower and dress appropriately
2. Prepare all tools and items
3. Open windows or doors, only a crack is necessary or all the way, whatever you feel is appropriate
4. Have cleansing tool in hand
5. Visualize and fix your intentions coming in and the old energy going out
6. Go around the room either counter clockwise or clockwise while working make sure you get corners and under furniture very wellas well as floorsstuck and heavy energy tends to be close to the floor and in corners
7. When you have gone completely around the room or home (start from the top floor and move to the basement, if doing an entire home) stand in the center and seal your intentions with words of power or intention
8. Close windows and doors
9. Enjoy your newly cleansed environment! : )

The best one to do while traveling is citrine water and/or clapping...You can take a citrine with you anywhere...Put it into a glass of water and spritz into the corners with your fingers or some greens outside.

Clapping is very easy and requires no tools.

You can also just do this entire thing with visualization...see visualization practice, to perfect your technique.
