04/29/09 Live Phone Report to KCBD in Lubbock, Texas

The ever so glamorous (LOL) phoner report from the other end of the phone you don't usually see on TV. You hear us report, and this is what is going on at the other end. I actually had been waiting for the cut in for nearly 4 minutes before that. Most of the phoners are about this uneventful, just so any of you budding media chasers know, it's not always hot on the trail of twisters at 100 yards. :)

This was the first phoner for the day, about 30 minutes before the tornado started, talking to the KCBD Chief Meteorologist, John Robison. He could see one of my chase partner's chase truck in the live shot and asked about him, as well as Ben Holcomb, who was chasing with me that day.
