I have to wonder if the people complaining about this steam cleaner have even bought one and used it. I bought one about 2 months ago and I have to say that I love it. I rarely ever buy items online due to you hardly get what you pay for, but this was a GREAT investment that I only ordered after I read the rating that Consumer Digest gave it and it was considered one of their 'Hot Items' of 2010, going up against much more expensive and complicated mops. And they were right!

I have one and it works great I absoulutly LOVE it!! And it came out before the shark!! With the H20 mop you spend 100 bucks with Shark you have to spend 100 for the mop and another 80 for the hand-held part!! Shark=rip off!!
