Summerchase HOA Bans U.S. Flag Pole

Thanks to all who Donated to us for Legal Fees, Good News the HOA Attorney decided to back off and said we are allowed to keep the US Flagpole. They will also be adding the regulations to the covenants. We have taken all proceeds, and Purchased Several 16ft Flagpoles and Flags and passed them out around the Summerchase Development to some of our Active Duty Military and also a few Veterans. We also gave some to our Senior Citizens and Very Patriotic residences here. We added several hundred dollars to the kitty to purchase these 16ft Flagpoles and Lights. Remember 7-20-2010 is our Primary, So please Vote, and also get involved with your HOA and or Small Government, so these type of issues don't just pop up, and your rights taken away.

I do understand the Rules with our HOA, but nothing in the rules does it say No US Flagpoles or how and where or size or even location of any US Flag should be. My only problem, is Rules must be written and voted on, not just some power headed leftist making rules as they come about, and then proceeding to fine such acts, without proper debating the situation and then voting on it. By the way this was also a Pole that replaced a 10 year 5ft 4X4 with the US Flag hanging from it.

Exactly, seems they're just looking for some easy cash, basically making crap up as they go along and getting all technical by splitting hairs. And it's almost vominous how the HOA president nor the HOA company couldn't be reached for comment. I really can't help out financially as I have my own home, but I will definitely help by spreading the word! Good luck!

I talked to someone at work today and they mentioned they lived in a subdivision that had HOA issues. He told me the HOA rules and regulations specifically said NO FLAG POLES! Wow, imagine that! Funny how they can specifiy that rule yet Summerchase could not. Almost seems like Summerchase said "OH! We didn't tell you? Oh wait, we didn't! Oh well, anyhow, you can't do flagpoles without a permit. Here's your fine...." bastards.

There is NO reasonable restriction on the display of our nations flag. These HOA fascists need to be tarred and feathered like the antiamerican traitors they are. If I want to display the worlds biggest flag on my property, by God I'll do so. The only way to remove it would be by force, and believe me, force it would take.
