and the Universe, 432 Hz. Now am I a musician and I know all of my instruments are tuned
in 440 Hz! That raised some questions with me. When a good friend, Miles , of mine dropped by
I asked him about this topic, he is a piano tuner in life so I thought that would be a good person
to ask. And it was. Unbelievable !!! Nazi Goebbels had changed the frequency !!! I was stunned !!!
Why do we follow this Nazi law ??? Soon I discovered that not only Goebbels was behind this plot.

@Godtaughtmehow Not quite. You need to select the entire track, click on Effect on the menu bar, then Change Pitch. Change the pitch from 440hz to 432hz. The percent change is -1.818

@jcsf9 I found out how to do it. For others looking for how, 1)upload the track 2) look to the left of the sound image, you will find a down click box. 3)Go to set rate, click on other, then specify 43200 manually. To save to a WAV file, click File, then click Export Selection, you will see a variety of formats to save to. - Done. Works great! Live in love. Peace.

@imasterrr for real time playing, you need a live time effects processor, which i have no knowledge of as of this moment

@Godtaughtmehow What you could do is load an audio file into Audacity (open source software), and change the tuning of the file from 440hz to 432hz

so I used audacity, but which program for real time playing? In winamp is pacemaker, but it cant do so small change.
