Rock Band Drums Mouse Pad Mod.

A quick tutorial on my version of the Rock Band mouse pad modification.

This way is, in my opinion, the easiest and cheapest mod. possible for the drums. It dampens the noise, disables pad misses, does not enable cross-pad talking, and only requires mouse pads and tape.

You could just return your drum kit and get a more responsive one. Then you won't have to make your drum kit look ridiculous. They have tweaked their instruments now, I recently got the RB1 drum kit and I am fortunate that so far, I am not getting any unregistered notes.

I never said it looked good, because it really doesn't, haha. I did get a new drum set already...got the ION set for Christmas.

Do you have an El or a QM set? I have an El and I have heard this mod doesn't help the El set at all.

That was a QM...it doesn't work on most EL's, but some it does.
