@TerrySiler11121967 If he cared about blowing his skins. Plus, how hard you hit the cymbal has less of an impact than HOW you hit the cymbal, as in, what position it is in when you hit it. He's crashing on his ride, which is low, hes never really pinging the edge, so I'm sure it'll last.
He is having fun and getting into the song. I'd rather see someone hit the drum a little hard than hit it like a pussy. Keep playing man, that is also a cool drum kit.

@pivotrocks656 He's not "trying to look cool" He's doing it because it's more entertaining to the viewers. If you've never been to a show where the drummer get's into what he's playing then I'm truly sorry for you.

holy SHIT. you cannot compare chaser to cubus! they are completely different drummers. cobus doesn't cover august burns red and music like that. he even admits he isn't good at blast beats and all that. Comparing these two drummers is like comparing apples to oranges. you just cant do it.

@abester15 you have got to be kidding me. Who cares? They are doing this because they love playing the drums. Not who's better. I'm sure both of them do not personally care if they are better than another or not. They're just doing what they love. Stop caring so much about "who is better" and just enjoy what they do.
