more bad clusters samsung hd

oookie. so i dban'd the hard drive with all 0's, then complete formatted it with windows and reinstalled. created one partition, did a chkdsk and lookie what happens. all that and 12 hours later we have 6307790 bad clusters. so the total now is 24.0623 gb that can't be used for anything. smells like the hard drive is failing already!

My Samsung notbook drive has currently started acting weird. Like my nobook will naturally go into standby mode after about 30 min. But when I awakin it it takes a REALLY LONG time to bring up the desktop ( i'd say a good 45 min.... and the drive makes a pattern of clicks ....but when I restart it everything is fine
