This is my week 37 weigh in on my journey from fit2fat2fit. After gaining 72 lbs in the first 26 weeks I've now lost 34 lbs in the 10 weeks on the journey back to fit. Let's see how much weight I lost this week in this video

  • do you weight yourself at the same time every day? (first thing in the morning? before bed? etc..)

  • @dopechyld Yes...every Saturday morning usually around 7am or whenever my kids wake me up.

  • How do you think muscle memory is helping your fat to fit stage? btw, starting week 2, and lost 3# last week (super excited!)

  • I haven't followed your videos but when I saw one of your videos in november and then found out what this was all about it put my mind on track to lose weight and get fit, its working, had a healthy christmas for once and i've lost a whole stone but seem to be staying at roughly the same weight as I start to build up muscle as I lose the fat. Hopefully will start dropping weight again soon.

    keep it up dude, your making changes in a lot of peoples lives by showing that anyone can do this :)
