  • @ar4216 p90 or p90x? i'm doing p90x right now and it's pretty much amazing. but it kinda depends on what you want. if you want to get bigger and pack on some muscle than it might not be the best workout. but if you want to get lean and gain a little strength than it'll be perfect for you.

  • You said reps of 8 to 10 on each workout but how many sets of them are you supposed to do
