I first heard this track on a various artists compilation put out by Sony Music called "Beyond the Sea: 50 Summer Classics" . Kept re-playing it until I got it out of my system for the day. Catchy tune. Herb Alpert did an OK brass take of this tune, & there was also a version from the Roger Nichols Trio... slower, breezy tempo and only a few seconds longer. Still good though. This one is a lovely take , nice sense of flow and keyboard work :). Well done.
I REALLY enjoyed that!!! Beautiful sound you have!!! Fab harmonies. Not many people know of this song (Burt's versus Elton's). I first heard it on Herb Alpert's SRO album. Thanx again!!

Thanks for posting this! Did you record anything else from this show? Or, do you remember what other songs they performed?
