Thanks for taking the time to produce an upload this video, as a new rider you have made a massive difference to my ability and to my confidence. I'm still working on my downshifts but at least I am no longer passed by cyclists at the traffic lights !.

I think what this video shows is that changing up through the gears smoothly is generally much easier than changing down smoothly.
