The only thing I see bad is that since the Wiccan Rede states "An ye harm none, do what ye will", smoking affects you, and you aren't suppose to be harming yourself. I'm not trying to judge or anything, I'm Wiccan myself so I understand that everyone has the right to do it.I'm just saying it as advice. If you definitely and are willing and want to quit smoking, you should make a spell :) and say it under the full moon or one of the moon phases that's most appropriate to you.
