The sad part of all this is the people that die because of this could have been the next leaders of the country, peacemakers, created cures to diseases. They were our future and they are dying for what? Because something costs too much. Health care companys should not be allowed to put a price on what a human life is worth.

I'm so sorry for all the people lost because of such a stupid thing. I don't think that regulating the insurance companies is enough of a punishment for what they have done. However if it's the best we can do then I accept that. I think that every company that denyed someone insurance and for that someone resulted in death I believe they should be charged with murder. If we come up on an accident and do nothing then we will be charged for homicide so why should this be any different?

you are an asshole. Of course the cause of death will never be listed that way..it will always say "liver cancer" or whatever else wasn't treated. Let's hope that is what yours says too.

i wont die because of a lack of health insurance..ill go break down the doors at Blue Cross and steal everything in the place. When I get arrested the public can pay for my operation.

Just google any of the names of the victims in this video -- or a phrase like "died no health insurance" (That's how I found their next of kin, for photos and permissions) -- to read the stories of real people who died for want of care that health insurance would have provided. To dismiss the Harvard Study, and common sense, out of hand is ridiculous and heartless.
