Homemade Deep Conditioner

When I researched how to make my own deep conditioner all of the recipes were full of protein! So now, I just make my own!...without a ton of protein. I've spoken to ShidaNatural (who makes her own deep conditioner), Desaundrea for their input. I also did a lot of googling. This works great! ***If you follow the curly girl method, this will work great for you***

I made this recipe using Suave Keratin. I had a hair full of white beads that I could not get rid of without shampooing and conditioning again. Suave's product is horrible. I will be going to Trader Joe's asap. Smelled awesome though.

Question: The last time I did a co-wash my hair came out tight and NOT soft. Please help me to figure out what I am doing wrong. Thanks

@ThundyByrd Make sure you're using enough moisturizing products. Maybe you may need some more glycerin. Also, rack through a moisturizer and/or oil after you co-wash. Good luck!

@BELLAandZfan Well it's not food, so not sure why it looking disgusting is even an issue. The title does say 'conditioner' - and you don't eat that. It's good for your hair though.
