My neighbor needed some help at a time when I was pretty busy myself. But I didn't say no. I helped him do what he wanted, and was rewarded with a Husqvarna Rancher 460. Sometimes it really pays to put other people first. There's some folks in the Northeast that could use a little helping hand as well. You can help by making a donation to stormrelief2011.org

  • God loves a cheerful giver. May God bless you for your kindness.

  • @ncautoman57 Yes sir. If you can't be happy with the giving...you might as well keep it. Thanks.

  • I hear you friend. I have gifted my time and money and and belongings all my life. I have given away most of my belongings the past four years. I gave away my recording studio to many people that can use it. I am responsible for the inspiration of music and arts of many people throughout my life. I always try to help the weary travelers when i meet them. I has brought comfort to my heart as well as grief. Some folks will use you as long as you allow it. I hope people change their hearts..Peace

  • @GreenhouseSalvation Thx James. We can only do our best, then hope and pray that its enough to make a difference.

  • That's what folks used to call "being neighborly"

  • @2JobsStillPoorUSA Its a lost concept these days. But with the country continuing to head downhill, its a concept that should see a much needed return. Hope so anyways.

  • @mhpgardener I agree... lost right along with "please and thank you."

  • @TheClownCentral Just a suggestion... if you can grow a garden... you can be neighborly by donating the fruits of your labor to the food bank. They rarely get fresh vegetables and are very appreciative of them.

  • @TheClownCentral Sometimes stuff happens. Occasionally a charitable act turns into a job.... then you wish you'd never gotten involved. Been there, done that !

  • i have the heart to help people, sad thing is i dont have much skills...lol example if i had went and helped your nieghbor i would have probably broke whatever we was uninstalling and tore up the old mans house. lol
