A LESSON IN LAW AND THE CONSTITUTION.
Before 1901 Australia did not exist as a nation. It was a collection of six British colonies which were partly self-governing, but under the law-making power of the British Parliament.

1901 Queen Victoria signed the " Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act " containing section 9 , the colonies of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia would be united and known as the Commonwealth of Australia.

The colonies became states of Australia and the new federal Parliament of the Commonwealth (now also known as the Parliament of Australia) was formed. Western Australia was not a party to the initial agreement but did agree to be included before the Commonwealth of Australia was officially established .

1911 Australia adopted the dominion of the british empire

1920 the League of Nations becomes part of International Law. With Australia as one of the 29 foundation member nations, its Sovereign Nation status and
political independence became guaranteed under Article 1 of the League's covenant.

1931 Statute of Westminster legally separated the british ties to Australian dominions.

1942 Statute of Westminster Adoption Act gave Australia total self-government power over the there dominion giving it the role of the sovereign in the law-making process.

" THE VIOLATION "
The Commonwealth of Australia claims State Statute law overrules common law where there is inconstancy between the two laws but HOW CAN IT as its the law of the sea for shipping and cargo which violates section 109 of the Constitution .

The Constitution Sect 109 Inconsistency of laws.
When a law of a State (ie:staute law) is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth (ie:Common law), the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.

Australia could easily be a Constitutional Republic if people would just wake up to the CORRUPTION of the Monarchy ! they have been fed bull excrement all their lives and don't know how deep this Evil Royal seed has sprouted it's roots in this country . @artyfarty3 I agree in part but it has to be done right using section 128 of our already established constitution with a referendum NOT a bloody non transparent plebiscite . I'm a sovereign really so if anything it has to be a fully transparent SOVEREIGN REPUBLIC through & through where the people make all the big decisions by fully transparent referendums . NOT THIS PLEBISCITE GARBAGE.

@chotaboy66 that's right ! that's what i'm raving and ranting on about exactly ! We can keep the existing constitution only with a few minor changes referring to the Queen or "the Crown" ( and RBA ) :) To change the system from Monarchy to a Republic we don't need to drop the constitution AT ALL ! - i'll bet that's what a lot of people think would happen and maybe that is why all this confusion and indecision is coming from ...

@artyfarty3 To do what you are suggesting we have to fix the monetary system FIRST , to be truly informed how our monetary system works & the solution which I can teach to anyone for free may I suggest you watch my playlist called lessons in MPE . Any questions just ask but I advise you to look at them in order so you get a good understanding of the faults of our banking system first so you can logically see the solution .Its not hard really only 99% logic & 1% 2nd grade maths.

i absolutely love this series and believe more people should become informed about it, this stuff is critically important

however, I must engage in some direly needed constructive criticizm.

For this valuable material and its ideas to successfully permeate society to a useful level, Any further information created in this style needs to have the religious theme toned down, or even removed.

I understand that some may take offence in this, but Australia is a secular nation.

This needs to be also.

@AustralianPyro Thankyou for your comment , Considering this is coming from a Christian perspective, yes point taken ,one also has to take into consideration of law and its history of origins as religious references play some part within these areas to give a complete understanding.one also has to remember religions & there corporations play a BIG part in the shadows, religions not ones own inner faith has been hijacked to divide the masses ,this may cause confusion in a Secular Society today .

It loses credibility and misses the MUCH wider audience by rabbiting on about religion and the flag (the origin of of which they apparently haven researched at all) and other iconic mechanisms of persuasion.
