Tucker conducted this interview like a complete moron,which he probibly is. He didnt ask why they would need nuclear energy like a reporter with no incites should. He said I dont understand why a country awash in oil needs nuclear enegergy. He's esserting something to the audience that he knows nothing about. It is not the job of a reporter to pass along hisown personal propaganda.
