The next tip is to get rid of the pesky clean-up when you cook a casserole in the kitchen of your RV and using a disposable cutting board to ensure a cleaner work space.

  • It's a bad idea to poke the tester through the insulation on the wire, since it will allow a short that can cause the circuit to overheat and catch fire. There is a reason the insulation is there.

    A circuit tester like that is supposed to be used to reach into a plug or connection that is otherwise inaccessible.
