Sin City Effect - Photoshop CS3 and CS4 Really Easy

In this video I will go over two ways to make one (or more if you like) object colored with the rest black and white. Once you have mastered this easy effect you can turn out with some pretty amazing art/graphics.

This works for both Adobe Photoshop CS3 and CS4!!

This is one of the easier effects, but one of the really important ones.

I learned these effects in my Photography class.

a litle tip on b4 u desaturate right klick ur path and choose Feather ;)

When I made the selection...I made it a feathered selection...so... I guess you could do that too..but you don't want too much of the BG colored ya know?

@NaughtyGnade You can do anything in photoshop :D Its simple... do the first way he showed you by outlining the subject with the pen tool then going select>invert... but after that... instead of desaturating the photo... simply go edit>fill>black/white... theres more ways than that to do this but thats one
