@dobrazil20 Now, this is an old comment, so you might have gotten your answer already, but on stage 3, there is a place where you can collect 30 lives. At the top of the big tower, after battling the climbing midboss, there's a sort of hovercraft that throws out bombs and enemies. Stand on the leftmost side of the screen and use the standard machinegun(you just want to shoot the enemies, not the hovercraft), and tape down the fire button, cuz' this will take some time... But it works.

I remember the days when me and my little brother would play for hours on end on this! We'd get up to the motorbike stage and be so happy! So many good times and memories, so much brotherly banter and teasing. An integral part of my childhood, this game.
