Absolutely awesome, I could listen to this stuff forever! I burn loads of '50s and early'60s stuff to disc and sit for hours watching it all on my big screen. The way I see it music just about ended in the '60s. I was born in'43 and grew up with rock'n'roll - and it is STILL the only real music on this planet. Hi @jojo2mag - No trick - when I made these videos up a few years ago you may recall that uploaders were only allowed 10 minutes by YouTube so layout had to be well planned. Therefore my 18 No 1 hit songs of approx. 30 seconds equals 9 minutes plus adding my intro and outro makes the video a total of 10 minutes. There you have it. Regards Edward

@EdwardBayly Hi Edward, this is the best day of my life - I've just found your Hits collection! Don't ask me how I came across it - my listening was interrupted for half an hour and now I can't work it out. Never mind I'm here - and hooked. Very well done. How about doing another exercise but now do your fav 20 tracks from each year. I love the history of music from the early 50s to the present and now collect any cd that has tracks from a single year - it's fascinating to 'chart' the progress.

Arrived back in The UK after a 3year stint in Malaya courtesy of the British Army - Oh the memories of being home that 1959 music kicks up - all very good, so thank you for taking the time to put this together.
