A beginner full body workout routine that you can do at home, with no exercise equipment.
Exercises in this workout:
Lying Hip Extension
Close Hands Wall Pushups
Jumping Jacks
Side Leg Raise
Russian Twists
30 second for each of these exercises (15 seconds on each leg for the Single Leg Raise), then rest 30 seconds and then complete that circuit 2 more times.
Should take you about 10 minutes and is a great way to get started in a workout routine.
