Wish all races at Daytona were ran this clean. Sorta greedy of you to go back up the track like that. I wish people that wreck on iRacing would think of it like a real race. Do you think a RL driver would have went back up onto the track like that? Even if he though people had wrecked? No he wouldn't have.

@Bigbuchunter77 Look up the last lap of the 2000 Winston 500 and tell me if Dale Earnhardt Jr doesn't do the SAME EXACT THING. Yeah I guess RL drivers do go back up the track. Infact he pulled up RIGHT in front of Bobby Labonte. Too bad he couldn't cost him a few more spots and win his daddy the 8th championship.

That was kind of a dumb move of you, don't you think? Even if there had been no vehicles there, you still would have spun out. You never try to drive straight back up the banking like that at a track with a lot of banking.

@joshpitel Yes there is a side draft or drag (depends on how you look at it and want to call it). But yes its there. You do have to be kinda close for it to work. the down side is if the guy on the inside is moves up a little its game over. Also some guys call you out for "not giving the inside lane room". My response for that is hold you line and you wont get crashed. :)

.. anyway if your in a pack that has some pretty good matched cars the outside lane is hard to get a run w/o side draft.

How much effect does side draft have on iRacing? If there is any, then the guy racing for the lead on the outside didn't even try to get a tug.

Hey, nice finish. It's too bad you wrecked on the white flag. I hate it when that happens. It's happened to me many times on iRacing and Nascar 09. I also have the momo racing steering wheel. Again nice vid!
