This video was created in collaboration of students from Faculty of Economics Ljubljana and Institute and Academy for Multimedia Ljubljana, as a school project at both of those schools.
The video shows a difference between man and women in management, their style of managing, way of communication, organisational climate in culture they create and pursue as well as benefits and perks given by the company.

This is a load of bullshit. Private companies don't give a shit about whether you have a dick or not, it's about what you can bring to the table to increase profit. Simple as that. The only thing a company cares about is the bottom line, did we make profit, and if we did, was it more than last year.
