Oh dear, you already look amazing! It's up to you to keep going or stop @ 175... How do you feel when you look in the mirror?... Are you happy fitting in your clothes?! It's up to you to decide! You already look amazing! If you wanna lose some more weight go for it!!!! It all depends on how your feeling and how you see yourself right now!!! How much you weight is not important! ;)

you look good at this weight, don't even waste your energy on those who doubt you. I don't see the point of doubting others when I'm trying or need to lose weight. I'm focusing on seeing what works for some and making a choice to what I want to do.

you are incredible...i wondered if you could use the slimfast shake in the diet? i love the way you look but i think u will go a little longer...keep shakin the haters off...lol...

Excellent question about Slimfast/Walmart Shakes... one that I have been asked by quite a few people. I'll do a video on it sometime soon. But I posted some articles for your guys on my "Diet Page" and "FAQ Page" explaining the science of why I didn't go that route. Check those articles out and of course talk to your doctors.
