I dunno, i actually enjoyed XIII's combat system much, much more. I think chaining and paradigm shifts add further elements of strategy rather than what i call "bash n' heal" which was all i got out of the others. Some great stories, though.

I've only played FFX actually. :\ but I'm giving the PS3 games a chance.
