This gifted teacher provided me with the means to survive the death of my husband. By constantly focusing on warmheartedness, and using disciplined mindfulness to resist negative afflictions, I have been able to push away darkness and embrace positive actions such as loving kindness. I took my Bohdisattva vows, and am every day working to end suffering of all sentient beings. Very hard work!
