I have a Jack Russell Terrier and he is a pain. He is a hyper little fucker. He fights all the dogs on the block.

They AREN'T fighting. They're playing. It's how they learn to get along with other dogs. Puppies who haven't been allowed to fight and play are often maladjusted and don't make very good pets--they're just too frightened of everything and everyone.

We have a 1 year old chihuahua and a 5 year old schnauzer. They play wrestle like this ALL the time. We break them up as soon as we hear "bad language" (snarling) from one of them. Very, very cute pups!

They're littermates. And puppies. They play fight all the time. It's how they figure out which one will be dominant and which will be submissive. Frankly, it's hilarious.
I would never force my dogs to fight. They do this with no provocation whatsoever. Afterwards, they fall asleep together curled up in one little ball. Quite cute, actually.
