3 Minute Workout- Day 1- Additional Information to make this Series more effective.
You have to make sure you are using enough weight to challenge yourself.
Also don't forget to do a little warm up before you start... like jogging in place to get your blood pumping and your muscles warm. :)

  • This might be silly sounding, but will more than three minutes of these workouts hurt your or be more beneficial if you have higher goals?

  • @vissionary No, that's not silly sounding. If you have higher goals and depending on your fitness level, yes, you can do more. When I filmed this... I did all 6 days of "3 minute" workouts all at once... it kicked my butt. If you do it that way, you wouldn't do it everyday... more like 2 or 3 times per week. You can also do 2 or 3 days worth at a time. Basically however you want to mix it up. Hope that helps.

  • This is my third day and I am very sore, especially from the push ups on Monday. lol

    Since I am a college student I dont hav too much time to even think about working out so I want to thank you for your 3 min work out solution. I hope to keep it up.
