Hi guys thanks for your earlier solution on idli batter fingers crossed I hope it would come out well later.I have another query and that's my troublesome non stick dosa tawa.my doses turn so brittle and become fragments by the time I take it off!!!!!! Despite smearing oil rubbing onions n potatoes nothing has helped me.I had also seen your Tuesday tip about dusting it with chappathi flour but that too has worked for jus the first dosa.everything else is broken again.my tawa is reasonably new n

I really like your website and dishes. So far I have tried Mutter paneer, home made yogurt and a few more dishes. Your personalities are different and it is obvious that you two bring different aspects of cooking, presenting, podcasting etc to the table. Please keep it authentic. Be who you are - that originality draws people to your site. My husband cannot believe I can cook so well ( he knows your site now- Ha Ha!)

what if v don have canned tomatoes??

Use fresh tomatoes (approx 4-5 medium size), dice them and use them in place of the can.
