@hoowansum Right now, the only ones who are in control of drug distribution is the cartels, gangs, and petty sellers. They will sell it to anyone who is buying, including those who don't know what their getting into. With legal sellers, they can prevent sales to minors and provide clean amounts. These substances are hear to stay. We can't just lock up everyone who uses them. That's insane! The penalty in most cases is worse than the effects of the drug. Only with education can we lower the usage

The Truth is that most of BIG: Law Enforcements, Corporations, Politics, Governments etc, but also Presidents, Popes & Kings around the World, are the Biggest Drugs Dealers, Traders in the World, or in even in name All of History!
