Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon took aim Wednesday at tickets brokers over recent sales of Hannah Montana tickets.
Taxpayers and City Council members were not happy with how quickly the Sprint Center concert sold out last month.
Nixon announced the results of lawsuits against a couple of major ticket brokers, taking 90 tickets from those brokers and turning them over to four local charities that help children, KMBC's Jim Flink reported. "This is important because it's important for consumers to know what they are really getting when they hit the word 'buy,'" Nixon said.
Two ticket brokers, Ticket Solutions and Razor Gator, agreed to surrender their tickets to avoid a costly court battle.
