This is my favourite christmas song, it comes from the film On Moonlight Bay (1951) which doris day & Gordon Macrae sing. My other favourite film it's On Moonlight Bay's Sequel By The Light Of The Silvery Moon. The scenes to the song are from these 2 movies.

It's a shame that the original film song couldn't be recorded because of legalities concerning Gordon McRae. In the film he duets with Doris but this version is the one that is commercially available. Naturally, this is fantastic but it was lovely in the film with Gordon joining in. Thank you for sharing!

Oh yes, the movies are my favourite movies of all time, i didn't get to watch them this christmas but i'll defintely watch them next christmas. This song is really lovely. I hope you had a nice christmas ?
