Advanced Crossfit gymnastic exercise. Works every single muscle in your upper body, especially the small stabilizer muscles that are so often neglected in weight training. Even your legs are working in this one. Really good for building upper body strength and developing a strong/ripped core and back. This is a combination of three exercises that I made up into one movement. Each of those three segments is a really good excercise and strenght builder in itself. It took me some time to be able to combine all three in one.
