Adam Farrah IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher doing a 6 minute set of Kettlebell snatches with a 16kg Kettlebell at Modern Self Defense Center in Middletown, CT.
Your a big guy. Start throwing up 28 kilos for a minute each arm. That will get you stronger. I'll post a video soon of me doing 28 kilo snatches for a minutes each arm. Nice work bro.
I don't understand why you're resting with the kettlebell overhead. Is this required? I've often wondered how to go as slow as 12-15 reps per minute... I've wondered if I should put the bell on the ground while resting between reps. Why not rest with the bell down, even in the hang position? Thanks for any insight.
@gorillasoph and i requires more energy to pull it up again from the ground than resting overhead :)

You rest with the kettlebell up. It's like an active rest. Better than resting it between your legs. Keeps your muscles working constantly.
