Cool, thanks for the response. How many days per week do they squat vs. deadlifts/press? I know deadlifts and strict press are tougher to recover from than explosive jumps/jerks/snatches, so was just trying to gauge the ratio bw each movement. Inspiration page, videos and athletes, freakin' awesome!

@acon120 Their workouts vary based upon how far out they are from the next major competition. Typically they will Squat 4-6x per week. Dead lift is not really incorporated into our regiment as it’s a little far removed from the intra-muscular sequence relative to the “Pull” for the Clean and Snatch and as you say, it takes a lot of recovery time.
