I think this is a wonderful start, to help explain to the public, how important it is to have a buyers representative agreement. Also, your monthly real estate reports, my suggestion.....twice a month, get a real estate representative to explain this report on video, on youtube, to further explain to the public, what is happening. The public can read this report, but require the benefits of 'sight, sound and motion' to understand the report, ie: make a short video, under a minute&upload to...
