http://www.BeSlimForHealth.TSFL.com Part II Some days have been easy and othrs have been difficult in the maintenance phase. The main thing is to keep focused on the goal of getting healthy and eat accordingly. It may be that my final weight is not what I thought it would be when I started this journey, but as long as I stay within healthy parameters and feel good, that's OK. The messages you send yourself are so important - continue telling yourself that you can do it, recognize the progress you have made so far, the benefits you have received from eating in a healthy way and how good you feel as a result. Let your internal dialogue help you continue on your path to optimal health instead of hindering your progress. And finally, relax a little, this is a lifelong journey you've got plenty for time to get it right and each day brings a new opportunity to learn, ti improve and to succeed. Ultimately you will succeed!
