ITV2's "OMG" - Furries

ITV2's "OMG" did a section on furries. I was pleased with how they protrayed us, so I decided to upload the recording I made of it :3

Edit: Peaches Geldof told the BBC this;
"Dom Joly was a handful. He was difficult. I feel like he was quite an embittered man."
Glad to see we're not the only ones thinking this.

Excuse one or two skips, Movie Maker decided to screw about with the encoding. They weren't there in the original :/

Don't put bronies in the same class as furries. I know plenty of furs that hate bronies. ^^;

In regards to your comment, what exactly from this video was the 'reason' you chose not to be a fur?

Well, what would you say was bad about the image they gave of us? Watching the whole thing I'd say they made furs look pretty good.

It's furry in America too, and were all just as level headed and decent as these nice guys portrayed! I think this Dom guy in the back was going for sensationalism, and really that is fine and dandy but it really came off as rude. Overall, bravo!

I must disagree with you there... Dom's a biased guy and at one or two points in the show clearly didn't have a clue what he was talking about. At least Peaches had the sense to show the fandom for what it really is, unlike past media.

@masterkevkev Where do you live? SoCal, Alcatraz? The South? I don't go out in public spaces fursuiting because I just don't. It's not a fun time for me. But, to the point of being killed for wearing a tail? That's ridiculous. Furries in the U.S. have bad press from sensationalized stories focused on individuals trying to represent everybody, and that is where the problem lies.
