Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750): The Art of Fugue: Contrapunctus XIII, a 3 (in forma inversa). A mirror fugue that retains its musicality when inverted.

This video highlights the three voices of this fugue played by different synthetic sounds created by Matlab. Each sound was created by superimposing existing synthesized instrument voices on top of each other. Matlab interpreted the RGB image on screen and generated this rendition of this mirror fugue by Bach.

  • @dfgies so i guess you know SquealyD ?

  • Clarity. Sharpness. Simple set of sounds and images. Fantastic analysis work.

  • this is a bit thick in texture to be a theme song for an 80s video game
